The Pastors Cohort. A five month learning community for pastors and faith leaders ready to preach and teach with more clarity and courage in this moment. Fee: $1600.

Fall Open Circles. Find community and solidarity with one another, while being in an environment in which you can learn and receive support instead of being the one who has to lead. Fee: $30 per person (We invite you to come free when it’s your first time.)

Winter Retreat. A gathering for current cohort members and alumni. Time to go deeper together, out of the twice-a-month rhythm and into shared space. Open to current pastor cohort participants and alumni only. Fee: $150

We believe cost should never be a barrier to participation. Pricing is a target not a gate. You support us with your participation. You also support us with your finances. Supporting us with anything from both those categories helps us exist as an organization.

Some donation footholds for the cohort

Use this guide to choose the amount that is right for you.

  • Cohort Fee – $1600 one-time or $400/mo for 4 months
    Covers the true cost of the program, including operating expenses and fair pay for our staff. It is also possible to split this into two payments to spread them out. Just choose a custom amount option.

  • Discounted Cohort Fee – $1200
    For those who would not be able to participate otherwise.

  • Generosity Fee – $2000 one-time or $400/mo for 5 months
    For those with ample resources who wish to support discounted rates for others.

  • Scholarship Price- flexible
    If these rates are still not accessible, and paying more would prevent you from participating, you are welcome to choose the amount that works for you. This may be a good option for you if you want to choose a lower monthly payment that extends for longer, like $50 per month for 2.5 years or $125 per month for one year.

When you pay more, you directly support someone else’s participation. When you pay less, you are part of a community made possible by the generosity of others.

3% Cover the Fee

40 Orchards is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization and your donation is tax-deductible within the guidelines of U.S. law. To claim a donation as a deduction on your U.S. taxes, please keep your email donation receipt as your official record. We'll send it to you upon successful completion of your donation.
